Auto loading of devices carried out by 6 axis robot that removes multiple receptacles from preloaded in trays and loads into an our assembly system. Devices are then weighed offline and then placed back into the machine. The next process involves filling the device with an accurate level of liquid by means of a servo driven pump. Following on from this, the devices are transferred once again to a second weigh station to ensure the correct level of fluid has been dispensed. The devices are then automatically screw capped. Completed devices are then loaded onto an SP automatic labeling system, for 360° label wrap, with full serialisation label inspection.
